She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Stellenbosch University in 2010 and completed her community service at the Port Alfred Public-Private Hospital in the Eastern Cape. Since entering private practice in early 2012, Lauren has proudly celebrated over 13 years of service in the field of nutrition and wellness.
Lauren’s work is driven by a genuine love for food, health, and people. With a deep commitment to helping individuals reach their health goals, she focuses on empowering clients through sustainable lifestyle changes, mindful eating practices, and individualized nutrition plans. Her mission is to help clients cultivate a healthier relationship with food and improve their overall well-being.
As a working mom of two energetic boys, Lauren understands the realities and pressures of maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle amidst a busy schedule. Her personal journey—including living with fibromyalgia since 2018—has further deepened her empathy and insight into managing chronic conditions through nutrition and holistic wellness.

Registered Dietitian and Diabetic EducatorNatasha is a registered dietitian with 8 years of experience who makes healthy eating advice both science-backed and easy to follow in real life. As someone living with Type 1 diabetes for over 21 years, she brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to every consultation.
What makes Natasha’s approach different? She believes nutrition advice should be easy to understand and easy to follow in everyday life. No impossible meal plans here – just clear guidance that actually fits into daily routines.
